Yes! This program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. We focus on building a strong foundation, teaching proper form, and gradually increasing intensity so you can progress safely and confidently.

The amount of weight you can lose in a month depends on several factors like your current weight, diet, activity level, metabolism, and overall health. A safe and sustainable rate of weight loss is usually about 0.5–1 kg (1–2 pounds) per week, which adds up to roughly 2–4 kg (4–8 pounds) in a month.

For those who prefer in-person training, our physical centre is located in Chennai, Madipakkam.

No equipment is required for bodyweight training. However, we recommend purchasing dumbbells for strength-based workouts, ideally after consulting with a coach.
